When you watch superhero movies, the public is often in serious danger. I'd much rather be around during a James Bond fight than an Avengers fight.

I see everybody at the embassy as bad guys or working for bad guys. The terrorist obviously took refuge there because the people at the embassy were in some way colluding with him. The guards were bad...
